“Marejada (tidal wave) is an event where four chefs from Galicia cook nine dishes with seafood and fish as protagonists of the dinner.We created a submerged menu in sea water that leaved no one indifferent. Inside the “menu” we added a fish of corporate methacrylate that, with the movement of the water, they moved like in a tidal wave caused by the interaction with the customers.The event was in La Boteria, a restaurant specialized in seafood and fish from the Atlantic Ocean.”
