About the Company: Forward School is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The learning center has been operating since 2018. The center includes several types of learning courses such as General English, IELTS, Russian Language, Arabian Language courses. Furthermore, the center includes free based projects for its customers. The projects are Speaking club, Movie Club, Reading club and others.
About Market and Audience: The market for learning centre has a lot of challenges as it has more competitors in this sphere. However, there are enough potential customers for each competitor. Every learning center has its own position in the market, one grabbing attention by launching a free course while others doing discounts. And the audience also has the ability to choose the appropriate one for themselves. The target audience consists of almost 76% of teenagers from age 13 to 26. Thus, the project which has been done by our agency explained in more detail below. In addition, the presentation can be seen after a description.
The Brief and Tasks: Despite the fact that the main logo of the training centre brand was formed and was well known to its audience. However, there were identified some difficulties in the positioning of the learning center and problems with the provision of existing services to an audience that was otherwise different from competitors. So, the task was to increase the sales and brand awareness of the company.
Key Strategic Decisions and Design Processes: We decided to create a special character design after a little marketing analysis and internal analysis, while not moving away from the main image of the learning centre. The main idea of this character is based on the shape of the hexagon in the main brand logo (it can be seen through the link on our website’s portfolio). Thus, we presented an unusual idea with the character “Blue Bee”. This character was later adapted to some aspects of the brand’s services. For example Bee Kids, Bee Speaking Club, Bee Karaoke Club, and others.
Results: Thanks to the new character provided, not only the sales of the learning centre have changed, but its popularity has also increased. With all this, when positioning the center’s services, the necessary audience was collected through specific advertising proposals. From December 15 to the end of January 2021, sales increased by 35%. So far, this is an indicator of 1 month, and the results are still ongoing.
