Sinestesia: The word “synesthesia” is one or more sensations, unlike “anesthesia” (without sensation), it refers to a phenomenon of “union of sensations”. This translates to experiencing mixed senses: for example, seeing colours while listening to a song, appreciating flavours when someone speaks to you, and smelling aromas while looking at a landscape. These sensations can be born from a pleasant meeting with friends, as a couple or alone, playing a particular song, in a particular setting, a particular aroma, that when we feel the gin again in our mouth, we can experience Synesthesia.

Created in a distillery made up of friends who came to Argentina after living in London for many years. In the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, they perfected and learned the necessary virtues so that Sinestesia was the distillery they always longed for, a workshop where they crystallize their creations.

A curious botanical of this type of gin is pink pepper: although it may seem so, it is not a variety of pepper (as is the case with the Cubeba pepper), but rather the kernels of the so-called Brazilian pepper or turpentine. Its fruit is pink pepper, a berry that forms in clusters and is usually about 4 millimeters long and it has a sweet, citrusy and resinous flavour. Ideal spice for this gin, accompanied by tonic and other selected botanicals such as cardamom or juniper berries.
