Carosello Lab was commissioned by Muma to create a new visual identity and packaging for the first Gin from Apulia distilled using pure sea water. With a fresh, refined and free soul, Muma is the gin that embodies the Mediterranean lifestyle: sophisticated smells, strong sensations and an ongoing drive for freedom and discovery. The visual identity captures these features and brings them to a young international audience.
The agency designed two different labels, one for the main 50cl bottle, one for the small one-serving-size 40ml bottle. The labels are printed on Arconvert “Waterproof Extra White FSC™” paper, using Foil Kurz Luxor 386, offset black, Pantone 564U for the background and embossed details for the logo and illustrations.
The graphic elements and the illustration create an iconic and recognizable label that materialize the refined soul we created for the brand: Muma is the will to experiment, the drive to discover the unknown, the desire of unique sensations. A strong yet delicate personality that engages all senses in a journey with no end.
