Heyho Co Design Designs the Visual Identity for Mangrove Avenue

Branding design & visual identity for a handcrafted jewelry brand inspired by The Sundarbans – the largest mangrove forest in the world. Mangrove Avenue was formed out of a deep love for wildlife and the keen desire to preserve all which rests within the lap of nature. The aim is to contribute towards wildlife conservation by handcrafting pieces in sterling silver that uphold the principle of sustainability. Every luxurious creation is inspired by scenes of nature.

The visual identity & design is minimal, young, and subtly evokes the organic touch the brand integrates into its creations. The color palette is kept to a set of hues close to nature, bright and vivid to give the identity a buoyant appeal. The Sundarbans have been an integral part of Bengal’s charm with all its magical flora and fauna. The bold illustrations of the native species of The Sundarbans – the Estuarine Crocodile, the Bengal Tiger, Sundari flowers (Heritiera littoralis), etc are used to highlight the pieces in the collection – which is strikingly detailed, and steeped in the marvelous curiosities of nature. It is a tribute to both the wildlife and the skilled artistry of the expert craftsmanship of the product.

The logotype is minimal yet playful, artfully depicts the form of mangrove trees – with its roots being above the water. It brings to life the inspiration of the brand on print & digital.
