Crate is a conceptual artisan coffee brand established in 1990. The brand targets the youth and mainly aims to attract young hip adults who are essentially coffee lovers. The colors chosen are earthy neutral colors to reflect the brand’s essence. Shades of brown and contrasting green reflect the colors of coffee beans/ wood/ and give an overall urban hip feel to the brand. The brand name is clearly highlighted in the illustrations, visualizing a cube in different settings to represent the word crate abstractly.
