The company is renowned for its professional team, deep market knowledge, and commitment to quality, significantly contributing to the development of Vietnam’s real estate market.
Overview:
To elevate its brand image, SmartLand aims to have a logo that reflects luxury, modernity, and conveys a sense of credibility and trust to partners and customers. The proposed primary color is dark red, aligning with the elements of Fire and Earth. The font needs to have bold strokes, representing strength while maintaining sophistication. The current logo of SmartLand lacks consistency and alignment with business partners in the same real estate sector.
New Design Concept – “Symbol of Prestige and Prosperity”
The new logo of SmartLand focuses on combining the symbols of buildings and the letter “S,” along with modern architectural elements. The design is refined with bold lines and strong, sophisticated fonts, reflecting credibility and the development and prosperity of SmartLand. The dark red color will be used as the main color, creating prominence and reflecting the elements of Fire and Earth, symbolizing prosperity and sustainable development. The overall design brings a luxurious, modern feeling, suitable for SmartLand’s vision and mission in the real estate field. The patterns and lines in the design are minimalist yet maintain sophistication, accurately reflecting SmartLand’s values and vision.
