365 days Taiwanese Foods Calendar Student Concept

The 365 Days of Taiwanese Cuisine Calendar features a variety of Taiwanese cuisine as its main visual representation. Combined with a traditional shredded calendar, the merchandise presents the meaning of 365 Taiwanese cuisines. The calendar design features illustrations with descriptions of ingredients, corresponding food months, the 24 solar terms, and the festivals corresponding to the food, all of which reflect the importance placed on scheduling in the culture of the Orient. The overall concept of the outer packaging is a ‘bento box’, symbolising the civilian culture of Taiwan. When the bento box is opened, it contains a set of Taiwanese food calendars and a paperweight with the image of a spoon, implying a sense of satiety from the inside out. Both show the significance of Taiwan’s food culture. Featuring a magnetic clasp design for collection and display, it is practical and fun to give as a gift or for your own use! This calendar not only conveys the rich diversity of Taiwanese cuisine, but also provides a comprehensive insight into the collection of Taiwan’s unique food culture. We look forward to promoting the spirit of Taiwanese cuisine and traditional culture through our creation. Our team also hopes that through the creation of the calendar, Taiwan’s unique cuisine will be created and in the future will form a unique brand imagery that will allow the Taiwanese food brand to take its place in the design field. Through the promotion of the calendar, other countries will be able to understand the culture of the Asian lunar calendar and the rich Chinese cultural symbols and associated myths through the pairing of food with lunar festivals. In addition, the overall production of the packaging is a combination of traditional culture and processing innovation, which sets it apart from the standard calendars on the market and hopefully stands out from the rest. All in all, our team has created a brand of food calendars with a Chinese cultural twist, with the aim of promoting it to a wider audience.
