Vitazine is a trade mark in Russia, engaged in the production of various products for proper nutrition. We have developed a packaging concept for a new line of the brand: freeze-dried fruits and berries in powder form.

Sublimation of products is one of the methods of canning. It is a vacuum removal of moisture from fresh products, which allows you to reduce the weight by 5-10 times. All the useful substances and taste qualities of canned food can be preserved at the same time.

The sublimation process allows you to preserve the maximum benefit and taste for a very long period. The number 4.0 is the final stage of sublimation – the creation of a powder from dried ingredients.

We prepared designs for freeze-dried fruit and berry powders. The existing line emphasizes the special powdery character of the 4th stage of organic sublimation.

We had to create packaging that would stand out on the shelf and accentuate the brightness of the flavor that is preserved during sublimation.

The design also reflects the process of splitting the whole into parts – the shapes of grains of sand, made by us in the form of circles of various shapes.

This shape can be fully seen on the lid of the package, which additionally serves as a distinctive flavor characteristic. We presented sublimation as the process of splitting something whole into small components – circles. The circles are collected in organic shapes, conveying the feeling of freshness and naturalness of the product.

In this work, we tried to reflect the brightness and juiciness preserved during the sublimation of tastes, but also not to forget about the very principle of the fourth stage of sublimation. The line can be expanded in the future and other flavors and form factors can be added to it.
