Beyond — correctional school for modesty. This is a fictional place created for the 1st module of the 1st course of HSE Design School. The school should help people for whom their modesty and restraint are a problem. Excessive modesty can become an obstacle to success in a career, building a personal life, relationships with relatives and friends. This organization teaches courage, emancipation, the ability to stand up for yourself, defend your position, speak in public and other skills that make life in general brighter and more successful.

Design is a metaphor for going beyond the comfort zone, established habits and behaviors. A logo is a frame beyond which letters extend. With the help of violations of the rules of typography – enlarged catering, elongated letters, fonts that go beyond the border of the canvas – it demonstrates going beyond the fictional framework that a person often creates for himself. He crosses an imaginary line of his permissiveness, breaks the rules in order to qualitatively improve his life. Photos of people in comical and awkward poses and situations in which the characters of the pictures look organic and even attractive are used. This should show the potential client that there is nothing wrong with violating the norms created by himself. The images chosen for advertising materials are always bright people, sometimes on the verge of being epic, who demonstrate by their own example that the ability to stand out from the crowd is a vital skill for a person who wants to get a full and vivid experience from the life he lives.

The project is quite concise, as the topic is serious and widespread. It was decided not to spray on a lot of visual images, preferring to work with fonts and space. The design of this project is designed to show something bold and attractive, something that people should strive for. At the same time, the materials are made in black and white style, without the use of bright colors, while remaining interesting. By doing this, we tell a potential client that being bright does not mean being a colorful clown. The source of brightness is, first of all, inside a person. These are his skills, thoughts and attitude to other people.
