WARM UP. Warming lube & massage gel product line.
Warming lubricant is a type of water-based lubricant used for enhanced sexual arousal. The gel is designed to become heated while it’s being rubbed into the skin. This leads to heightened stimulation for both males and females. Warming lubricants are used by people who wish to receive warming sensations in their erogenous zones during love making or sex toys use and heighten physical sensitivity. Many couples find it effective for enhancing their sexual pleasure. Unique natural ingredients help to achieve a warming effect (pepper extract, or honey with bee venom).
The artwork is itself a visual metaphor for touch, warm and even hot. The package color shows the product’s intensity, ranging from a light feeling of warmth (green) to hot (red).
The tube is finished with a special thermochromic pigment, allowing it to react to any touch. (Temperature sensitive coatings are reversible; this means that the colour change can take place again and again). The design of the tube is paired by a transparent outer box, than seals, but does not conceal. The outer box creates as additional showcase effect.
(This packaging design is a concept made within the framework of a student project).
