“Icewine is a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. This results in relatively small amounts of ice wine being made worldwide, making ice wines generally quite expensive. Persevais is a company, based between Canada & China that wants to deliver the unique character of icewine, to the China market. Winter, ice & snow are key factors in icewine making, a white bottle gives us the feeling of a deep frozen winter. An unpainted circle adds color to our bottle by letting the wine be seen. The handwritten logo, with subtle lines helps us to relax the rigor shape of the bottle and adds finesse. ”
