Objective: The primary objective was to create a visual identity that harmoniously captured the essence of Iconic by Terrazzas, reflecting its architectural magnificence and the aspirational lifestyle it represents.

Design Approach: Drawing inspiration from the sleek lines and contemporary aesthetics of the development’s façade, our design team, led by Art Director Carlos Mello, embarked on crafting a logo and visual system that resonated with the project’s ethos. The name “Iconic” was meticulously chosen to signify a symbol of distinction and eminence within the context of the Terrazzas neighbourhood and the broader cityscape. It serves as a beacon of style and sophistication, embodying the aspirations of its discerning residents.

Visual Identity: The visual identity revolves around the notion of modernity and elegance, mirroring the architectural prowess of Iconic by Terrazzas. The logo design incorporates clean lines and geometric forms, reminiscent of the development’s contemporary façade.
