Procedura is a natural skincare brand, crafted from oils, herbs, and extracts native to the Aegean coast of Turkey. Inspired by the region’s natural beauty, all products are eco-friendly, vegan, and infused with natural aromatherapeutic scents.
The visual identity embodies a reverence for natural, wild landscapes and the intrinsic connection between humanity and nature. Procedura portrays a modern-day “monk” — someone whose life is surrounded by urbanity and technology yet remains internally free and grounded. This spiritual insight asserts that amidst external chaos, true freedom and beauty lie within. “Procedura” symbolises the ritual of returning to one’s authentic self: pure, imperfectly perfect, just as nature intended.
The logo harmonises transitional and modern serif elements, creating a timeless rhythm that feels both crafted and organic. The vertically elongated letterforms echo seeds and shoots, symbols of growth and inner unfolding. The accompanying monogram mirrors this sentiment — a botanical motif in bloom, evoking the gentle rise of beauty from within.
The graphic system draws inspiration from botanical and ornamental illustrations, rooted in traditional Turkish carpet motifs. Executed in a slightly rustic and naive style, these illustrations evoke visual associations with ancient rock art and sacred depictions. Typography combines refined serif details with humanist grotesque, creating a visual voice that is both grounded and modern.
