SKILLZ is a Polish confectionery brand re-created by SiebertHead for ARGO Sweets, the manufacturer with over 30 years of production expertise but a fragmented portfolio lacking a unified story and strong market presence. The challenge was to transform this dispersed offering into a cohesive, competitive brand capable of standing alongside global players.
The process began with defining a clear strategic foundation. At its core, SKILLZ is built around what truly differentiates the product: intense fruity taste derived from real juice and a commitment to simple, high-quality ingredients. This led to the brand promise: “Taste the Fruity WOW!”, a bold and sensory-driven positioning.
We designed SKILLZ as a strong umbrella brand that organizes the entire portfolio while enabling future growth. The visual identity is centered around a distinctive, geometric fruit-inspired logo that is bold, recognizable and expressive. Its structured form conveys strength and consistency, while handcrafted typography adds energy and a playful character. A vibrant yellow was introduced as a key strategic asset, enhancing visibility and reinforcing the red-and-white wordmark. Dynamic colours and patterns derived from the logo translate the intensity of fruit flavours into a unique visual language.
Beyond identity, the project included the creation of a clear portfolio architecture and sub-brand system. Product lines such as DUO, Bottles, Vitamin Shots and vitamin-enriched variants (A+C+E) were designed to be intuitive, scalable and easy to navigate. The first range combines classic sugar-based sweets with added vitamins and real fruit juices, offering a balance between indulgence and emerging consumer demand for more conscious choices.
The result is a cohesive brand, packaging and product system that unifies candies and lollipops under one confident masterbrand. SKILLZ stands out on shelf, communicates its core benefit instantly and is built to grow both locally and internationally.
