Konvo is a conversational AI platform designed to proactively assist, convert, and reactivate customers through human-like interactions, making advanced technology feel intuitive and accessible. Formerly known as Hoola, the Berlin-based company partnered with Yvdh Branding to rename, reposition, and redesign the brand from the ground up. The result is a bold, scalable identity rooted in clarity, trust, and ambition, aligning with the strength of their product and the vision for their future.

Strategic renaming & rebrand

The original name, Hoola, no longer reflected the product’s evolution. Yvdh Branding facilitated a strategic workshop to uncover the brand’s essence, leading to a new name and identity that resonate with their audience and purpose.

A bold system designed for performance and personality

Logo: Rounded forms with negative space speech bubbles in the O’s symbolize the dynamic between AI and human.

Color Palette: Konvo Coral, Night Purple, and Dawn Purple create a confident, contrast-heavy visual identity.

Typography: Balances functional tech with expressive warmth, reinforcing the brand’s confidence and clarity.

Core brand values

The Konvo strategy is anchored in three core values:
Trust: Building confidence through transparent and reliable interactions.
Ambition: Driving innovation and growth in the e-commerce sector.
Impact: Creating meaningful connections that influence customer behavior.

These values became the compass for all messaging, design, and internal culture, positioning Konvo as the intelligent, intuitive, human-like layer between brands and customers.

Confident, clear, and human messaging

The tone of voice is bold yet plain, using human language over jargon. Messaging is clear and direct, with a confident ambition that never feels pushy. Every line, from taglines to product descriptions, echoes the brand’s mission: revolutionising e-commerce through meaningful, scalable conversation.

A deep dive into connection, commerce, and conversation

Rather than traditional interviews, Yvdh Branding facilitated a focused, four-hour brand workshop, supported by a pre-session questionnaire. This immersive process revealed the emotional and practical needs behind the rebrand: distancing Konvo from generic AI competitors, better reflecting their tech’s human quality, and appealing to fast-moving e-commerce teams. It was in this immersion that the soul of Konvo began to surface.
