Poziom 511 Hotel Rebranding by Suprematic

Poziom 511 is a **** hotel located on the top of the highest hill of the Jura Krakowsko-Częstochowska (511 m above sea level), surrounded by greenery and limestone rocks. The client wanted to emphasize and promote the location of the facility and the opportunities offered by the presence in the true heart of Jura, one of the most mysterious and tourist-interesting regions of Poland. Combining tourism and conscious self-care is a trend that the hotel has followed for years. To support long-term growth and changes, we standardized the visual communication and created a new sign – limestone monadnocks, with its form referring to the facility’s surroundings. As part of the rebranding process, we strived for production minimalism, replacing some physical materials with their digital equivalents. In other aspects, we used ecological raw materials. On the new website, we have implemented functionalities related to hotel events and a wide range of natural regeneration opportunities.

We started the rebranding of the Poziom 511 hotel by creating a new sign – a symbol of monadnocks, a characteristic element of the facility’s surroundings and the Jurassic landscape. As part of the rebranding process, we strived for production minimalism, replacing some physical materials with their digital equivalents. In other aspects, we used ecological raw materials. The changes included e.g. materials for hotel rooms, restaurants, SPA or hotel products, as well as the entire concept of visual presentation in digital, including the creation of a completely new website.

As part of the project, we were asked to create a sign/graphic form that would represent the values associated with the change of image and emphasize the hotel’s unique features. Inspired by the diversity of Jurassic nature, we created a sign referring to the lime monadnocks in the hotel glade.

We have replaced the multi-page hotel guide with an online guide. Instead of paper forms for the minibar and laundry, we have implemented convenient digital forms based on QR codes. Plastic, disposable laundry bags have permanently given way to cotton bags. Production minimalism and ubiquitous QR codes placed in functional places – on the refrigerator door or laundry bags – prevailed.

In each of the rooms, there are reusable glass bottles with water that can be refilled in any of the hotel bars.

We also took care of the ecological dimension of the packaging, which was created with the thought of their use for refilling. Instead of labels, we used a more durable print on the glass, thanks to which the packaging can be refilled for a longer period of time. Boxes and doypacks are based on black recycled kraft paper, and a mix of ecological papers from Favini.

We are also responsible for the new version of the brand’s visual presence in the digital sphere, from social media to the design and implementation of the new website – we took care not only of its attractive appearance but also of completely new functionalities – such as registration for hotel events or an online gift shop.
