The task was to develop an identity for a pole dance festival.
PoleDanceFest is an event that unites and inspires people from all over the world, creating a unique and emotional atmosphere, and giving viewers unforgettable impressions and emotions. This is a place where you can immerse yourself in the world of dance and feel its beauty and magic.
The symbolic image of a pylon was taken as the main element of the corporate identity. Using a form as simple as a pole gave me the opportunity to reveal the entire visual identity, creating varied and separate compositions for each communication piece through repetition, division, and changes in scale.
The visual identity revolves around two primary colors – deep pink and deep purple to convey the elegance and mystery of the art of pole dancing. It is these colors that dominate the various visual elements of the festival, such as posters, banners and the logo. The visual system adapts to various formats, while maintaining its core essence.
To visualize the festival, I use dynamic images of dancers, conveying the energy and excitement of the competition. They are depicted in different poses and movements, creating a sense of movement and rhythm. This helps create the impression that the festival is constantly on the move and full of energy. These images are used on posters, banners and other promotional materials to attract attention and generate interest among potential participants and viewers.
Overall, the created identity of the pole dance festival reflects its core values and emotional essence. It is visually attractive, dynamic and elegant, which attracts attention and is memorable.
