Merrymaker is a celebratory Tawny Port wine named and created by Pavement to celebrate the holiday season and the transition to hopefully better times in 2021. Each year we at Pavement create a limited-edition brand that we feature as a holiday gift for our clients, collaborators and friends as a commemoration of the year just completed. This year’s edition, now the 3rd in an ongoing series, is intended to kindle celebration in an otherwise downright downer of a year in 2020. It has been a tough going for many, so Merrymaker hopefully creates a sense of optimism with a welcome diversion for the recipient. A festive foil stamped filigree pattern highlights the package, giving the bottle an overall modern vintage appeal in remembrance of better times. A bottom strip label contains a message to the recipient, along with information about the product itself. Each bottle is hand dipped in red wax to allow the product to be aged with confidence. The result is an overall brand presentation that feels at home during the holidays with confidence and style.
