Shift is a partner agency that creates digital ecosystems based on revenue share performance. The ideal partner with which to evolve their business reality.
The branding project had to take into account the visual ecosystem of the parent brand, or Marketers Company, a leading group in the training market with a main focus on digital marketing issues, as well as one of the largest communities in Italy. The most difficult element of the project was therefore to find the right balance between a communication that respects the visual guidelines of the parent identity, while managing to emphasize some visual and conceptual elements that make Shift a unique reality.
We held a codesign workshop in which all members of the operating team shared with us their vision, goals and imagery. From these two days of hard work emerged the basic elements on which we built the entire Brand DNA.
We designed a visual identity system based on the three differentiating values of shift: evolution, connection and responsiveness.
The brand is the stylization of the letter “S” formed by two “on/off” buttons that influence and activate each other, one produces a change on the other, this to reiterate the concept of partnership that is created between Shift and the companies with which it collaborates.
The brand, moreover, is a graphic stylization of the percentage symbol, an element on which all Shift’s working relationships are based in a competitive win/win logic.
The chromatic palette takes into consideration the institutional colors of the parent brand but integrates the fluorescent blue color to have more character and recognizability.
The circular elements are the protagonists in the graphic compositions: they give dynamism and strength to all the digital and physical works. The trail they leave behind emphasizes the concept of movement and reactivity.
Moreover, some conceptual illustrations have been realized to represent the main objectives of the company. Each element, graphic and textual, is thus well balanced in the visual ecosystem.
