Jin JiJi is a dry gin specially designed and crafted in India. The distillers wanted to create a spirit that would pack the richness and diversity of Indian botanicals in each sip.The design for the label was inspired by the intricate motifs and flavourful botanicals found in this magical country. The use of Devanagari script with the Latin script in the logo unit further reinforced the roots of India.
India Dry Gin: From the fragrant Tulsi leaf used in Ayurveda to the wildly aromatic Chamomile flower, each botanical motif has a story to tell. The heart and soul of our “India Dry Gin” is wild Juniper, foraged from the Himalayas. Copper Pot distilled in Goa, Jin Jiji is the essence of India.
Not only this but another fascinating (and unexplored) ingredient is added to Jin Jiji – the fragrant Tulsi, along with cashew nuts from Goa, chamomile flowers and a few other botanicals.
India Dry Gin – Darjeeling: Another variant of the spirit, Darjeeling India Dry Gin, takes the flavour profile up another notch. A gin distilled with Darjeeling tea, coriander seeds and angelica roots added to the Himalayan juniper.
