I was asked to developed a proposal for the incoming city government, the brief was to create something modern but based on the historic landmarks and Mexican hero José María Morelos y Pavón a revolutionary and free thinker who lead the Mexican Independence movement, he born in Valladolid which was the first name of the city that today is called Morelia in his honor.
