The Kadife brand belongs to Imkon Plus — one of the leading producers of ice cream in Uzbekistan, with a wide range of flavors and a lot of loyal customers.

When they needed a premium design for a new line of Belgian chocolate products, they turned to us. We started our work with an analysis: looked up some competitors, tried their products and studied the market, understood what key characteristics can help Kadife stand out from the crowd and started implementing our ideas.

The design of the product is very different from the classic appearance of ice cream — it is dark, rich, creates a feeling of something expensive and delicious. Kadife is an ice cream for the elite. This is what we were able to reflect in the product design.

Ice cream is created thanks to the instant freezing of liquid chocolate — this process is reflected in the design. Moreover, no one else makes ice-cream like that here in Uzbekistan, which means that this technology is a killer-feature for Kadife, that had to be shown on the design.

Kadife has only one flavor, but designing the concept we introduced several colors of the packaging: each has its own philosophy, meaning and soul. Royal blue refers to «blue-blood» that means belonging to the royal family, cyan green is a color of peace, that our ice cream delivers, dark chocolate demonstrates the quality of Belgian chocolate and indigo-violet points at uniqueness of the Kadife.

This design is just a concept so far, but we are looking forward to publishing it as a real product as soon as possible.
