Me, Myself & I – Social Project Concept by Alina Vasileva

Me, Myself & I – Social Project Concept by Alina Vasileva

Over the past few years, the number of requests for psychological assistance has grown by a third. A busy and fast life in metropolitan areas has side effects in the form of stress and concomitant health problems. And this trend is still growing.

The brain does not have time to process information, erase short-term unnecessary memories and translate the necessary information into long-term memory. There is an effect of overloaded consciousness, when fragments of thoughts continuously replace each other in the head, consciousness rushes from one task to another and a person cannot disconnect from the process of thinking, even when he goes to bed.

The goal of the project is to show how important psychohygiene is. And that high levels of stress and traumatic experience need to be paid special attention and cure.

This project encourages you to think about your feelings, take a minute or two for self-reflection and think about how you really feel.

The idea of the project is an inner dialogue, what you say and manifest vs what you really think and feel. This superimposition of phrases encourages you to be honest with yourself, to make conscious choice.

The anaglyph technique serves to separate the inner and outer voices, each of which can be seen by focusing on the red or blue color.

Posters are placed in the subway specifically as they increase the likelihood of accidental contact with a person. A message that cannot be immediately read and is perceived by a person and makes to think it over.
