About: M1 Club Apartments is a new generation clubhouse located on the Black Sea coast in a particularly picturesque part of the city of Odessa (Ukraine). The project has a unique position on the first line by the sea and the highest class hotel service. This is a natural resort house with its own swimming pool, beach, restaurants, SPA area, and premium infrastructure.

Scope of work: Concept and Brand Strategy, Naming, Taglines and copywriting, Logo and brand identity, Signage, POS materials design, Website concept. The task: The client came to us with the following task – to develop a corporate identity for his new business- club apartments near the sea, which would be a sequence of his existing project – a trendy and top-rated club hotel called M1. The new project is characterized by the fact that the apartments can be rented and purchased. The new business’s target audience is businessmen with large incomes, and the unique style must meet high-quality standards.

Logo: M1 Club Apartments is a new residential project that continues the concept of M1 Club Hotel (one of the most iconic design hotels in Odessa). The logo of the new project is a transition from the previous logo. We tried to convey the premium segment’s unique spirit while maintaining the previous logo’s recognition and overall structure. It’s a mixture of classical, established, and avant-garde styles. New identity inherits the general brand style: black & white aesthetics, premium materials, tactile textures, and intelligent mood.

Services icons: The main difference from all such residential complexes is individual exclusive hotel services, such as own restaurant, spa complex, beauty salon, prosecco bar, fitness club, educational space for children, lobby bar, rent service, and much more. Each of these formats is a separate sub-brand within a large brand. We have developed a logo system for each of the sub-brands. Sub-brand logos have the structure of the primary logo. They imitate the general style and modern serif font.
