LAB is a futuristic fashion brand focused on experimentation in clothing pieces always looking for a new possibility to combine different potential styles. The mixture of fabrics and innovative ideas is an essential part of the brand’s DNA.
The main challenge was to communicate and transmit the idea of mixing elements and fabrics, creating a new way of doing fashion. The personality and meaning of the name were transformed into visual assets in a technological and psychedelic style.
The idea for the logo also came from this mixture of elements and styles. The letter A in gothic style brings a new and different look in contrast to the letters L and B which were signed using a monospaced font. Forming an exclusive signature, full of personality and imposing for the brand.
The color palette follows a similar reasoning, mixing futuristic neon tones, representing the search for new possibilities with black, white and gray tones also creating space for the traditional, making past and future allies.
The deliverables were a solid visual identity that could embrace the digital and the offline. So we developed a series of applications for the digital universe such as posts and stories to be used in different social networks and website banners. For the offline we produced some posters and billboards to emphasize the brand concept. The visual identity also brings a proprietary stationery style. And to finish, a large library of key visuals that translate the identity well and help tell a little of the story behind the brand.
