Cypress Park & Pegasus Residences is a hybrid residential community in Paphos, bringing together independent senior living and a contemporary intergenerational environment under one unified vision.

The challenge was to express this duality without relying on conventional real-estate aesthetics, creating an identity that balances heritage and modernity, individuality and community.
At the core of the system stands Pegasus, inspired by the values it embodies, freedom and aspiration, vision and progress, strength with grace. Refined into a clean, contemporary silhouette. Its three wings and forward gaze express confidence and momentum, shaping an identity in motion, defined by direction rather than decoration.

A sans-serif set of wordmarks expressed by a dynamic system of various lockups ensure consistency and adaptability across touchpoints. A wordmark that is fluid and dynamic, free of any restrictions.

The first printed touchpoint was conceived as a concise editorial introduction to the community: a small, elegant, easy-to-digest object built on clear hierarchy, allowing readers to quickly grasp both distinct phases and their shared infrastructure. Hand-drawn illustrations act as authentic markers of place, adding a human narrative to the technical framework, while a smaller internal fold-out woodfree paper reveals the masterplan as an inserted map. A tactile pause that transforms information into experience.

The result is a unified visual and material system that positions Cypress Park & Pegasus Residences not as a conventional property development, but as a living community. Contemporary, grounded in heritage and designed to endure.
