A logo represents what your business stands for and helps potential customers connect with your products. It doesn’t matter what business you are in, a strong logo matters the most. KIE is a company that deals with heavy engineering equipment manufacturing and the company approached Owl Design Labs for rebranding their logo. They were not happy with their old logo as it was complicated and doesn’t reflect their brand.
KIE is a Kerala based company and they used to deal within the state only. But, as they are ready to step into the competition, they need a logo that will leave a mark on the customer’s mind. They wanted a ‘wordmark’ that is catchy, easy to remember and bold logo. The team of Owl Design Lab initiated with analyzing the requirement of the client and brainstorming some amazing ideas to curate a minimal but bold design.
Owl Design Lab has created a typographic representation of the logo in a very creative way to present a visual identity for the brand to leave a lasting impression. We have used ‘KIE’ in a creative arrangement as anyone can interpret it by looking at it. The ‘K” represents a backhoe loader, an ideal depiction of heavy machinery. ‘K’ also surpasses ‘IE’ representing ‘ahead in engineering’. The straight lines and the precise logo impart strength, professionalism, and efficiency. As the logo communicates brand imagery through color, shape and other design elements, we have added the gradient version of orange. The orange color makes the logo look more energetic.
