Katsiaryna Minchonak – Student – 4 Japanese. 4 You.
Japanese Cuisine Festival “Four Japanese” in Moscow
“Four Japanese” offers a fresh look at modern Japan, where you can immerse yourself in a rich world of flavors reflecting current cultural trends. Japan today is not just about sakura, samurai, and geisha; it’s also about diversity, contrasts, and unique culinary practices.
Festival Concept: The “Four Japanese” festival aims to broaden its audience and showcase the depth and diversity of Japanese cuisine, which has yet to be fully revealed. Guests are invited to experience an atmosphere filled with vibrant flavors and aromas, discover new sensations, and explore the diverse facets of Japanese culture, enjoying its remarkable contrasts.
Visual Style: The circle is at the core of the festival’s identity, symbolizing the rising sun, traditional Japanese dishes, and cultural connection. Inspired by the lights of nighttime Tokyo, the style combines layered colors to create the ambiance of a vibrant, modern Japan.
Color Palette: The festival’s palette features rich, contrasting hues that create a harmonious image.
Style Flexibility: White circles and black strokes form a pattern that can be easily adapted to any format. These circles and strokes can be used as standalone typographic elements or combined into illustrations, conveying the festival’s dynamic atmosphere.
The festival’s design and branding reflect its vibrant, contemporary Japanese spirit.
