IndiGo is an Indian confectionery that allows you to immerse yourself in the world of traditional Indian sweets. Here, visitors can embark on a culinary journey, enjoying a wide range of traditional desserts prepared according to ancient recipes. IndiGo offers a unique experience of discovering India, its rich culture, cuisine, and national desserts, making it a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists alike.

To create an atmosphere of authenticity, a corporate identity was developed for IndiGo, reflecting the spirit of India and its age-old traditions. The design is inspired by images from Indian mythology, featuring Hindu and Buddhist deities that are embodied in stylized characters. This not only adds a cultural depth to the brand but also creates a visual narrative that resonates with the heritage of Indian sweets.

The metaphor of the corporate identity draws from stone sculptures and reliefs that adorn the temples of India. The texture of the stone used in the design evokes associations with the majestic Buddhist temples, while simultaneously imitating the texture of shortcrust pastry, from which many Indian desserts are crafted. This clever interplay between culinary art and architectural beauty enhances the overall sensory experience associated with the brand.

The main colors of the corporate identity—bright red, warm orange, and soft beige—reflect the hot and sunny atmosphere of India, imbuing the style with liveliness and warmth. These vibrant hues not only capture attention but also evoke feelings of joy and festivity, which are integral to Indian culture. The typography echoes the techniques used in the character design; the letters, much like the images of the deities, acquire a crumbly, rocky texture that adds a tactile quality to the brand’s visual identity.
