The visual identity for Apex Golf was developed by Rebecca Arnaud, a designer with over eight years of experience in branding and identity creation. Known for her narrative-driven approach and her deep familiarity with golf brands, Rebecca worked closely with the Apex team to translate their vision into a cohesive and compelling visual language. Her process began not with aesthetics, but with story: understanding what makes Apex Golf genuinely different, and then building a system of marks, type, and color that carries that difference across every touchpoint.
The creative direction chosen, titled Modern Fairway, captures the defining tension at the heart of the Apex Golf brand: the pull between classic golf sophistication and a bold, contemporary edge. Deep greens, elegant serif typography, and refined lifestyle imagery establish a premium foundation, one that signals heritage and quality. Against this, sharp geometric elements, a striking red accent, and modern grid-based compositions inject energy, fashion-consciousness, and forward momentum. The identity doesn’t lean too far in either direction. It holds both in deliberate balance, producing something that feels at once timeless and genuinely of the moment.
What sets the Apex Golf identity apart is its refusal to default to either traditional golf clichés or sterile minimalism. The typography is distinctive and elevated, blending retro-luxury sensibility with crisp contemporary structure. The color palette is rich and considered, with signature deep greens and bold red accents creating a visual language that is instantly recognizable without relying on tired sport-specific codes.
