Colibree: Reinventing Real Estate with a Vibrant and Inclusive Brand Design

Driving a Real Estate Evolution
Colibree is an independent real estate platform with a new professional model based on the freedom and cooperation of its agents, and unparalleled customer service and experiences. Through this, it positions itself as a pioneer in the sector.

We encountered an unconventional Real Estate model, which breaks the mould with fairer and more innovative processes, and which builds a Collective. All this needed to be translated into a brand identity that connects with each of its audiences.

We made it our purpose to drive an evolution of the real-estate category by shaping the whole strategy, narrative, visual identity, and language, and website. For this, we created the “Unreal estate” concept.

To bring the idea and its bold purpose of transforming the real-estate category to life, we devised a fresh identity based not only on the literal meaning of its naming but also on the brand’s core assets. To be Colibree means to fly in a different way, high, agile, alone, and in a group. We focused on the iridescence of the feathers of the Colibree (hummingbird) to construct a positive, bright, and colourful language that incorporates the entire chromatic palette to reflect collective inclusivity.

These attributes define the hummingbird, and in the process of creating the logo we represented the identifying element, in the dot of the ‘i’. Aligned with the brand’s personality, the typography, conveys a clear, fresh, friendly, and approachable image.

We built on the sensitivity that the brand has for art, reflected through the different artists who collaborate in its multiple events. By using illustration, we were able to narrate the diversity of Colibree’s services and experience in different media. At the heart of this was a collaboration with Anna from Randomlovers, who, with her cubist-influenced style, helped us to generate abstract illustrations brimming with personality that express the brand through art and set it apart within the Real Estate sector.

These illustrations, supported by a digital environment capable of transmitting the brand’s value proposition, and the gradients and colours that imitate the hummingbird’s feathers, deliver an up-to-date identity that adapts to the brand’s different channels: online and offline.

A new dynamic, close and modern identity capable of connecting with its target.
