Turner Duckworth commissioned Steven Noble to render the new illustrations for their new line packaging labels for Coca Cola that includes their newly released soda flavors California Raspberry and Georgia Peach with a vintage flair which were created in a scratchboard woodcut style. The new colas’ sport a vintage look: In lieu of labels, logos are printed directly on the 12-ounce glass bottles, which come in singles or as four-packs. And to reinforce the idea of locally-grown and made products, the brand has enlisted artists from California and Georgia to create advertisements through murals, installations, and street art in their hometowns to promote the new colas.
Coca-Cola contacted Steven Noble to render the label illustrations for Coke Origins that includes Quebec Maple and California Raspberry. The syrupy beverage was released and is available all over Canada. It comes packaged in vintage bottles of four, christened with maple leafs and topped off with blue bottle caps with the Fleur de Lis and hand-drawn Maple Leaf. The second is the California Raspberry with a similar hand-drawn woodcut styled raspberry with two leaves and released into North American market.
