This is a project dedicated to home gardening by means of capsule gardens. The capsule gardens are characterized by their simplicity of use: they only need a little sun-light, all the necessary components are already in the soil of capsule. These capsule gardens may be useful for people in the age range from 25 to 35 who want to eat organic self-grown food. The identity is built on the entity (gist) that everyone will have a full-fledged garden on their window. The brand inside is that people are afraid of gardening as they do not have enough experience in it. The visual identity helps people to understand that gardening on the opposite is pretty easy and fascinating.
I have created a branding that is based on the similar look of a light shape from the window and a plant bed. Also, plants start growing once they reach the sun. I have chosen a serif font (FoglihtenNo06 Medium 500, Created by gluk ([email protected] | www.glukfonts.pl) with FontForge) so that the outlines would be more flexible to “grow”. On the contrary, we see the small font that shows how simple this process is.
The name “we grow” highlights the main action that this brand is responsible for — growing. At the same time, naming shows clearness of growing home gardens. The visual identity exists on both digital and print formats. As the light from the window changes its position throughout the day, the branding becomes generative. The size and the position of a light frame is always unpredictable.
While, the main colors are green and blue, as they are basic for the gardening field, there are also black and white elements on formats.
