For Van Phuc City

Nestled along the banks of the Saigon River in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Van Phuc City is one of the most exclusive riverside urban developments in Vietnam. This brochure and leaflet set was designed specifically for two prestigious subdivisions: Van Phuc Mansion, a private enclave of luxurious detached villas, and Parkview Shopvilla, a refined blend of residential elegance and commercial flexibility.

The creative direction draws strong inspiration from the European Neoclassical architectural style expressed throughout the villas. This influence is reflected through delicate arch motifs, grand yet balanced layouts, and a subtle color palette that combines warmth, harmony, and sophistication. Every design decision, from typography to spatial rhythm, was carefully curated to echo the timeless elegance of European villas while still remaining relevant in a contemporary Vietnamese context.

The printed materials were not only meant to inform but also to evoke emotion and aspiration, helping potential homeowners envision themselves in a serene, elevated lifestyle. Layouts were kept clean and structured, supporting both emotive storytelling and logical navigation, suitable for a high-end real estate market.

Beyond aesthetics, this design project also aimed to reinforce brand perception and elevate the identity of Van Phuc City as a destination of distinction. Each element—from the choice of paper stock to the metallic foil stamping—was selected with purpose to convey premium quality. The balance between visual richness and functional clarity was maintained to ensure that the viewer’s experience remained seamless, immersive, and inspiring.

The result is a visual identity that seamlessly merges modern minimalism with classical grandeur, speaking to both the cultural pride and international taste of its target audience, while positioning Van Phuc City as a benchmark for refined urban living in Vietnam.
