Inspired by the grid layout of Dutch artist Mondrian, who strongly inspired the minimalist abstract style with horizontal and vertical grid lines in his paintings, I wanted to experiment with combining this layout with many different styles and design trends to create impressive works. These are works created to express my admiration for my favorite artist, while also carrying a message of “order, precision, and future orientation”.

Poster 1: In this poster, I wanted to bring a strong and impressive visual experience by mixing the Maximalism style, colorful images combined with a grid system. This helps the design, although having many graphic details, to be arranged in an orderly, logical way, with a clear hierarchy of information, helping viewers easily access the poster’s message: the sweetness of love.

Poster 2: This time I wanted to bring a groundbreaking combination of modern and classic when combining the grid style with a Neoclassical work by Dominique Ingres. All the details in the design are arranged in a calculated manner, placed in a golden ratio layout. This poster also shows my opinion that the grid style is highly harmonious, can be combined with many different design and art styles and still produce an impressive work.

Poster 3: In the last poster, which also took the longest time to make, I wanted to bring an infographic poster by combining the 4 most famous design styles of the past and present into the same poster: Neoplasticism, Minimalism, Bauhaus and Styles. The four design styles are integrated into the same whole with their most prominent characteristics.

Hopefully it will bring many interesting visual experiences to the viewers.
