“This is another Project of Casa Michelena. A bakery and churrería with a brandstory of two sisters. Fortunata and Jacinta are identical twins, but their personalities are practically opposites. Fortunata is cheerful and relaxed, while Jacinta is moody and bossy . Fortunata mixes the dough but, when distracted, Jacinta adds ingredients in secret. Because of that, their breads have a touch of both sisters and the mix result in creations that can´t be found in any bakery of the New Spain.”
