In the period from the 1920s to the 1940s, when jazz was at the height of its popularity, the swing movement appeared and became an essential part of jazz. Swing in jazz is a musical movement characterized by a distinct rhythmic feel, with the emphasis on the first and third fractions of a beat in a four-note meter. This style creates an assertive sound and is often used for dancing. The main feature of swing is the alternation of short and long beats, creating exciting and rhythmic music. This style has become one of the most important and influential in the history of jazz music.

A special font was developed for the exhibition, which became an important stylistic component of this brand identity. It is based on the key element of swing – the alternation of long and short beats. The font includes variant glyphs in such letters as “A”, “B”…, which add variety and dynamics. It also includes mute glyphs in the form of spaces, they are presented as alternating beats with different densities. This all gives it a special rhythmic feel.
