Caribou Creative – Drift Food Truck

“Drift Food Truck is a ‘restaurant on wheels’ located in Edmonton, Alberta. Founded by Red Seal Chef Nevin Fenske and his wife Kara, they travelled the world together, taste testing as they went to create the most eclectic menu that has won them many awards including ‘Best Food Truck’ every year since 2012. They got in touch with Caribou when they were looking to beef up their branding and explore some take home options for their sauces, spices and legendary pickled products. Together we tweaked and refined the current brand, added a few new fun elements and expanded the colour palette to reflect the fun these two put into everything they do.”
