Finding a place to call home in London is no easy feat. Tricky landlords, unaffordable rents and a lack of quality options make settling down in the city a real struggle. As an alternative, Ark builds homely, consciously designed, well-connected co-living spaces.
It’s a place where you will find serviced private rooms, creative workspaces, functional shared areas and genuine connections—to one another, to the wider city and to the rich heritage of the local community around you. A place where we work hard every day to provide a hassle-free experience, so that you can focus on the things that matter most— and, altogether, live better.
To launch its first location in Wembley, we worked with Ark to create a brand that feels welcoming and supportive. The result is a recognisable, yet flexible system that reflects all the different ways members can enjoy the spaces.
Ark’s brand name and inviting personality inspired the logo and visual system. Both are based on a semi-circular form which can be referenced in subtle ways to ensure the interiors always feel like home. Never overly branded.
Captured in vibrant locations around Wembley, photography helps celebrate the people who make up the Ark community.
Typography and imagery are combined in different ways in advertising and social media. These work as an invitation for people to join the Ark community in a playful, authentic way.
With a basic form to tie the whole visual system together, the brand style can vary to reflect new locations and help make each home feel unique.
