Pomme Blushe is a blended English apple aperitif, 12% ABV, produced in season from traditional orchard bittersweet apples and matured for a smooth, rich taste. Offering a deep blush tone, strong apple aromas, sweet apple flavour, and balanced acidity.

Founder Helen and her family took over a charming farm in West Dorset, near the Jurassic Coast, in 2003. Their first task was to restore the land, which included replanting an old orchard with a mix of 24 types of fruit trees. By 2009, they began pressing their apples and selling the juice to local artisan shops.

In 2021, the concept of Pomme Blushe was created with the aim of introducing a unique apple aperitif that goes beyond the typical apple experience. It pays tribute to the historic apple orchards of Dorset and draws inspiration from the legacy of Dorset’s apple-growing traditions.

The branding features a unique label design characterised by a whimsical, modern art deco influence, making it stand out on the shelf while maintaining a sophisticated charm.
