Anticoworking Solo Student Branding Concept by Polin Chestnova

Anticoworking SOLO is an idea for startup. It is a network of single mobile mini offices with soundproofing, designed to work alone, made up for student project. Many people are not extroverted and cannot be in society for long. They need silence and loneliness to complete assignments. Anticoworking SOLO will help solve the problem finding a place to work alone.
We believe that a comfortable environment helps to increase productivity, which is why we created a network of mobile mini offices. Each such room is equipped to work alone, free of extraneous noise and interference. It can be located in any accessible and comfortable for client’s place – a shopping center, business center, or as separate premises.

The target audience of anti-coworking and brand is youth, freelancers, students and young professionals, who value minimalistic style and comfort. It is all about productive work alone without extraneous noise.

Creating my identity, I relied on the values and character of my brand – responsibility, reliability and comfort. This way, I created a style that attracts attention and disposes to work and be successful.

The brand identity for anti-coworking spaces reflects the contrast between the silence in the office and the hustle and bustle outside. The identity is based on the use of typography. I created two patterns from letters, and specifically from the word “noise”, that make up visual noise. This pattern forms an empty space inside, which has the form of an isometric projection of a model of one of the mini offices of the anticoworking. This way, I showed the contrast of noise and silence and reflected the main meta-form of the project – the bubble of silence.

This project was done as a student project in HSE Art and Design School in 2021, curated by Evgeny Kashirin.
