A Concept Agile Brand Identity for a Law Firm by Daniil Shatarnin

Introducing Agile, a new B2B legal firm that emerged as a side project from the legal team of one of the industry’s giants. A cohesive team of legal experts blends years of experience with an expert approach, specializing in legal outsourcing and consulting. The target audience consists of companies lacking a well-developed in-house legal department and in need of legal consulting and outsourcing services. This primarily includes small and medium-sized businesses.

The task entrusted was to create a distinct brand identity – the client sought to make a bold statement in the conservative legal market. The naming strategy was crafted to resonate with the core values of the company: flexibility, problem-solving prowess, promptness, and reliability. This ethos seamlessly flows into our logo design, embodying the concepts of adaptability and maneuverability.

The color palette for Agile’s branding is a striking combination of vibrant lime and flawless black. The vibrant lime, used predominantly in the logo, is a bold and unconventional choice for the legal industry. It symbolizes energy, clarity, and innovation, reflecting Agile’s commitment to bringing fresh perspectives and dynamic solutions to legal consulting. This powerful color ensures that the brand stands out in a field typically dominated by more subdued tones, signaling the firm’s forward-thinking approach and readiness to tackle challenges head-on. The premium black used in corporate stationery signifies professionalism, sophistication, and reliability, qualities that are essential in the legal industry. The contrast between the vibrant lime and black not only captures attention but also conveys a message of balance between boldness and dependability.

Corporate stationery is designed in a premium black color with embossing. A metaphor unfolds within the design: the folder symbolizes the company’s mission to bring order to its client’s legal affairs. Folderized excellence – perfectly organized.
