Ngoc Suong Seafood & Bar is a new version of the outstanding seafood restaurant brand – Ngoc Suong Saigon since 1955. The restaurant was founded by the 4th generation of Ngoc Suong, Mr. Le Quoc Vinh who studied professional culinary art and has experience working at restaurants with different styles in USA. As a young generation with the open-mindedness and creativity, Mr. Vinh has brought the quintessence of global cuisine into traditional Vietnamese food cultural. The unique point is that the dishes are plated in the Western style but having Asian taste.

The restaurant design is inspired from beach resorts. We used traditional and recycled materials: mangrove wood, fishing nets, lime, bamboo, ceramics… to create a space that is cozy and has beach vibe. Our seafood are processed with the modern techniques to bold the unique flavor of ingredients. The drinks are also carefully selected to make your culinary experience perfect.

Seafood dishes are the combination of Asian and Western cuisines in creative and unpredictable ways. The signature cocktails are the highlight you should try when having dining at our restaurant.

The project is a collection of Drink Labels of Ngoc Suong Seafood & Bar / Cold Brew Coffee – Herbal Drink – Fresh Juice.​​​​​​​

The design language of these labels are inspired by the key visual identity of the restaurant, which is the wave lines of the sea, with ingredients of drinks illustrated in graphic language. The highlight colors of fruits, herbs and ingredients are illustrated on the labels, making them easy to distinguish and giving them a unique look.
