Zoca – Mill Street Barley Wine
” We were tasked by Mill Street Brewery to design the packaging (bottle and box) of their Barley Wine for a holiday release in 2017. Our design featured a clean and typographic approach that would pay homage to vintage wine and whiskey crates. The design was also intended to have a stencilled effect similar to the signage seen on old wood crates containing whiskey and spirits. On top of designing the bottle Mill Street Brewery wanted to incase the bottle utilizing a box that would added to the specialty quality of the release. The box features a split photographic approach of the bottle. When the boxes are paired together in a retail environment the Barley Wine bottle completes itself.”
